Hello everyone my name is Lea. Since I was a child I’ve loved animals. I grew up with dogs, cats, exotic lizards, birds, rabbits you name it. I always knew I wanted a career with animals. I knew I didn't have the heart to be a veterinarian due to the sad days a vet has to be a part of. So I decided to start my journey and I went to school full time in New York City to learn dog grooming. In school grooming dogs and learning came so naturally and I had the best time and I knew this is what I wanted to be a part of.

Once I became certified and graduated dog grooming school. I went on to working for two private grooming shops. Working for the shops I groomed at was quite an experience. There was the good and the bad ... shockingly. Over time gaining my experience and realizing I did not want to let other shops ruin my passion and happiness for grooming. I decided to start my own path and did traveling home grooming. I built my clientele through word of mouth friends and family and was setting up right in their home and grooming their fur babies.

I knew then that I wanted to create a happy positive dog grooming atmosphere. I wanted to create a place where dogs are not treated as an object but treated with respect, love  and a luxurious spa care. This is when Luxury Paws Grooming was created. 

Luxury Paws is a safe, fun and creative dog grooming shop. Luxury Paws is a cage free shop. I have custom made cozy cubbies for dogs to hang out in or dogs can lounge around or lay on the big comfy couch. All dogs are groomed with quality products and are hand blow dry only and grooms are never rushed. We limit the amount of grooms a day and space out all appointments. 

All grooms are done out in the open. Feel free to peek in our big window or come inside and check out Luxury Paws. We offer quality grooms but also creative grooming. Feel free to ask about our specialty haircuts, fur coloring and nail paw-lish services.
