If dog is infested with fleas or has severe dangerous matting, Luxury Paws Grooming has the right to refuse the groom. Luxury Paws Grooming also has the right to refuse or stop a groom due to aggressive behavior. Aggressive dogs risk injury of themselves, other dogs and the groomer as well. Luxury Paws Grooming's ultimate priority is safety for all dogs and staff and to maintain a stress free, happy, and positive environment.
